From September 17th to 19th, 2026, the historic Masseria Battaglia in Taranto will host the Meraki Days, the new format by Borgo Meraki dedicated to innovation, training, and the enhancement of the territory. Three days to connect businesses, young talents, institutions, research, and the local community, through three dimensions: emotional intelligence, collective intelligence, and artificial intelligence. The program is divided into three paths: the Meraki Lab, featuring experiential workshops; the Meraki Talent, dedicated to the meeting between young individuals and companies; and the Meraki Talk, three roundtable discussions on Blue Economy, innovation and business, sustainability and technology. The day of September 18th will conclude with the Meraki Party, featuring conviviality, music, and networking in the charming setting of the Masseria. An event that interprets innovation as a tool to create new relationships, opportunities, and value for the future of Taranto.

Additional Info
Meraki Days is presented as an ecosystem of initiatives, not as a traditional event: Borgo Meraki remains the place that welcomes, while Meraki Days becomes an open, replicable, and evolving format, designed to transform relationships, ideas, and collaborations into concrete value for the territory.
The Meraki Lab is a closed-number program, with a maximum of 30 participants, designed as an immersive experience rather than a frontal lesson. The workshops are led by facilitators and Project Managers certified with over twenty years of experience. The program focuses on the ability to read change, collaborate when positions are different, and translate discussions into an immediately applicable action plan. The edition is already sold out.
Among the facilitators are Valentina Coradeghini, Alessandro Ingrosso, Piero Mancino, and Anna Maria Pacileo, professionals linked to the themes of transformation, agility, project management, and organizational innovation.
The round tables delve into the productive future of the territory: the Blue Economy as a strategic lever for Taranto, between the sea, port, biodiversity, and coastal resources; business innovation as a concrete application of AI, technological transition, and advanced manufacturing; sustainability as the ability to measure, reduce, and rethink the impact of organizations through technological tools.
Meraki Talent, created in collaboration with CNR-ITB, aims to create authentic encounters between young people and virtuous companies, going beyond the logic of recruiting and fostering shared planning, ideas, and real opportunities.
The initiative is under the patronage of the Municipality of Taranto and the Puglia Region. It is promoted by Fondazione Meraki ETS and organized by Larry Agency.
